We Need You! We have several important positions open. We promise that they don’t require a great deal of time, and we can also promise you will have help. Here is what we need:
Treasurer: The busiest time of the year will be in the fall when PTO membership season is in full swing. Updating the budget spreadsheet and cutting checks are the other main responsibilities.
Book Fair Chairperson: Our Book Fair occurs in September. We need somebody to coordinate with the Scholastic representative and recruit volunteers who can work during the school day when the Fair is open.
Dance Chairperson: We have two dances each year, October and March. We need somebody who will purchase the candy that we sell at the dance and organize the chaperones who will sign up to help.If you are interested in any of these positions or want to ask some questions, please contact our president Pearlene Amica at pearlene.amica@gmail.com or our principal Beth Lozier at 315-672-3159. Grade 8 Celebration
On June 21st our 8th graders will celebrate as a class with a short presentation from the PTO Scholarship winners from our graduating class followed by a breakfast and party. This event is for students only and is always a fun way for them to end their middle school years. Students will go home at dismissal (10:10 am). They received a flyer with all the details.
June 11 - 7/8 Grade Concert
June 13 - 6th Grade Concert
June 15 - Last Day for IT
June 18 & 19 - Regular School Day-No Interaction Time
June 20 & 21(last day for students) - 10:10 Dismissal
Report Cards will be mailed home during the last week of June.
